We’re so excited to welcome the super cool Hollie de Cruz – aka The Yes Mum Mum – to our Bruton store to talk about the power of positive thinking!

Join us on the morning of Wednesday 7th February for an interactive talk and workshop about how we can use positive affirmations to flood our minds with empowering thoughts and energy. This simple yet powerful technique can help us to care for our mental wellbeing, strive for the things we’d like to change and accept the things we can’t.

Hollie de Cruz is an entrepreneur and hypnobirthing coach with a focus on mindfulness and helping women to be confident, empowered and supported on their journey into motherhood. She is the creator of the hugely popular YESMUM affirmation cards (find them HERE) and founder of London Hypnobirthing and has recently launched the YESMUM Birth Project, an audio guide offering a modern approach to hypnobirthing.

She’s also one of our favourite people to follow on Instagram, giving us serious hair/outfit/lipstick/sausage dog envy. Go and give her a follow HERE, if you aren’t already.

We’ll be talking to Hollie about how positive affirmations work, and how we can use them in our daily lives to make sure we have an awesome year. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet Hollie and ask her any questions you might have.

Positive affirmations aren’t just for mums, remember! Everyone is welcome at our friendly, laid-back space. You can bring a friend or come along solo. Book your spot now and get ready to soak up the positive vibes…
