LET’S DISCUSS MATTERS OF MENTAL HEALTH.
People are talking more about mental health these days – and that’s a good thing, right?
But how do we start talking about our own feelings and concerns? Is there a right or wrong way to talk about other people’s experiences? And what happens if you’re made to feel you’re not qualified to talk about something so intrinsically…personal?
It’s important that we encourage useful, impactful and productive conversations about an issue that affects so many of us – and not simply jump on a zeitgeist.
Join us in conversation, with Claire Possamai – aka PANIC THE MOTHER – and Matt Read, aka FOX SAID WHAT, as we get to the heart and soul of the thing. Because however you want to approach it, it really is GOOD to talk – and these guys are doing exactly that.
Claire is all about challenging views around mental health. Having spoken candidly about being diagnosed with OCD, ADHD, Agoraphobia, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder and PTSD, Claire is using her voice to share her experiences and inspire others to talk openly about theirs…BUT this sassy Essex mama has also been on the receiving end of negativity for talking about mental health in “the wrong way.”
